About the event

Rainbow Rain: The Science of Colors and Weather

Themes: Color mixing, density, and weather patterns

Let it rain rainbows! In this colorful science adventure, little meteorologists will explore how rain forms — but with a magical twist! Using clear cups, fluffy shaving cream clouds, and rainbow-colored water, kids will create their own miniature rainstorms. This class introduces early ideas about density, color mixing, and weather in a playful, sensory way that brings science to life!

This class is for children ages 4-6. Parents are welcome to stay and join the fun or drop their children off.
