About the event
Age: 8 +
Join us to learn how to assemble your own rocket, including the parachute to get back your rocket, and launch it again.
You will also learn the basic science behind rocketry.
You will assemble your rocket on July 7, 2 - 4 pm and take it home.
Depending on the weather, rocket launch will be done Saturday July 8, 10 - 12 pm or Sunday July 9, 1 - 3 pm at the Redgate Park located at: 14500 Avery Rd, Rockville, MD 20853.
Price: $30 including the class, materials needed to build a rocket, the fuse and 2 engines to fire the rocket twice.
