Children
& Teens

Take a class, sign up for a team, celebrate a birthday...there are so many ways to introduce your child or teen to the world of STEM. Kids in Rockville Science Center's programs learn about engineering, programming, and a wide range of science topics from current or retired professionals in the field. While many of our students go on to continue their education in college and ultimately pursue a STEM-related career, others simply enjoy learning about the wonderful world of science.

CLASSES

Choose between short-term classes (1 or 2 sessions) on a specific topic or sign up for a six- week series:

  • Science Explorers

  • Tech Wizards

  • Engineering Marvels

  • Marvelous Makers
