Everything from diet, weight, allergies, cancer, and brain health can be influenced by the microbiome. Join us and learn things such as:

- What is the microbiome and where can we find it?

- Bacteria and fungi – The Good, Bad, and Ugly

- How does our microbiome affect our mind and body?

- How does nutrition influence our microbiome and our health?
