School's Out! Engineering Marvels
It's an MCPS holiday. Kids ages 7-12 are invited to join us at the Rockville Science Center for a day of fun engineering challenges.

Engineering Marvels Program: students will explore different types of engineering – mechanical, aeronautic, chemical, electronic, and civil. They will develop their engineering skills by building and testing a catapult and a fruit battery. Through guided projects and problem-solving activities, students will explore the engineering design process—from identifying a problem and brainstorming ideas to creating prototypes and improving their designs through testing.
