Do you have an “underutilized” sewing machine? Maybe you bought it a while back, maybe it was handed down to you. Bring it in, we’ll help you gain confidence in its operation: changing the bobbin, changing the needle, recovering from a jam.

About the event
Do you have an “underutilized” sewing machine? Maybe you bought it a while back, maybe it was handed down to you. Bring it in, we’ll help you gain confidence in its operation: changing the bobbin, changing the needle, recovering from a jam. Bring the manual if you have it. Caveat: Sewing machine must be in working order, no repairs. Don’t own a sewing machine? Get up to speed on one of the Makerspace models. Materials for some starter projects provided, no experience necessary. For adults. $5 for non-members, free for Makerspace members.
