Intro to 3D Modeling in Blender (Ages 18+)

In this introduction course, students will learn how to utilize Blender 3D to box model and prep files for 3D printing. Students will learn a host of tools through live demos each class. All skill levels are encouraged to join! Course consists of 4 classes, Mondays 5/4, 5/11, 5/18 and 5/25.

About the event

In this introduction course, students will learn how to utilize Blender 3D to box model and prep files for 3D printing. Students will learn a host of tools through live demos each class. All skill levels are encouraged to join. At the conclusion of the course students will submit a model ready to 3D Print. Models will be printed by Rockville Science Center staff and will be made available to pick up in 1 to 2 weeks. Students are encouraged to bring a thumb drive to ongoingly save their progress. Course consists of 4 classes, Mondays 5/4, 5/11, 5/18 and 5/25. Ages 18+. Instructor: Joel Garcia
