Tech Wizards (5-week program)
Dates: September 20, 27, October 4, 11, 18
Time: 10:00 am - noon
Age: 8 - 14
Throughout this series, students will learn about electric circuits and build and program an Arduino car.
Skills include:
- Learn C++ language to program an Arduino to control LEDs, ultrasound sensor, servo motors, DC motors.
- Learn about electrical circuits
- Learn how to use a soldering iron and other tools
- Test and revise design so your autonomous car can successfully navigate through a maze while avoiding obstacles.
Students may take the car home at the end of the program.
Note: Register for more than 1 class and/or a sibling and receive 10% discount
Financial assistance is available if your son or daughter is eligible for benefits such as FARMS, Medicaid or SNAP. You can receive the RSC scholarship to get a 50% discount on class fees.
