Go Rockets!
A fun introduction to rocketry where participants will build a rocket from a kit, as well as have the opportunity to attend a separate scheduled launch event for our rockets at Goddard in Greenbelt, MD on August 2. Ages 8 & up.

About the event
Ages 8 & up
Join us to learn the basic science of rocketry and how to assemble your own rocket. Rockets will include a parachute that will enable you to retrieve your rocket after launch so you can to use it again!
You will also have the opportunity to launch your rocket on Saturday August 2 at NASA Goddard in Greenbelt (weather dependent). More details will be provided at the class.
The price includes the rocket kit, fuse, 2 engines to fire the rocket twice, and everything needed to build the rocket.
