Girls in STEM: Building Better (grades 6-8)

Girls in STEM is kicking off the new school year with a workshop just for girls in middle school. Join us as we dive into the world of civil engineering. Led by reigning Miss Silver Spring and project engineer Ashley Purcella (yes, hardhats and crowns can coexist!), we'll explore what exactly a civil engineer does, and challenge ourselves with some fun projects to see if we have what it takes to build better and stronger! Invite a friend to join you for this hands-on workshop.
