3D Model Action! (Ages 8-13)
In this introduction course, students will learn how to utilize Blender 3D to box model and prep files for 3D printing. Students will learn a host of tools through live demos each class. All skill levels are encouraged to join! Course consists of 4 classes, Tuesdays 5/5, 5/12, 5/19 and 5/26.

About the event
In this class students will learn box modeling basics. Alongside an introduction to the tool set of Blender 3D, students will create a model figurine that will be 3D printed by Rockville Science Center Staff. Models will be printed after the conclusion of the course. They will be made available to pick up in 1 to 2 weeks. Students must bring in a thumb drive at the conclusion of the course to save their progress. Course consists of 4 classes, Tuesdays 5/5, 5/12, 5/19 and 5/26. Ages 8-13. Instructor: Joel Garcia
