Rockville Science Tuesday – Astrobiology, a rare look at science at its infancy

Julia Brodsky is a long-term Rockville Science Center volunteer. She is a former NASA astronaut instructor and an experienced K-12 science educator. At the moment, Julia is working on developing an innovative curriculum in astrobiology for K-12 students.

Julia’s talk will be devoted to the budding science of astrobiology, as well as the need to introduce the concepts of complexity and emergence at an early age.

About Rockville Science Tuesday

The Rockville Science Tuesday lecture series meets on the second Tuesday of the month at the Rockville Senior Center. The program is free and open to everyone.
